Grinding
Deep scratches and grooves removed with controlled grinding, then polished until the glass is fully transparent again.

- Best for
- Deep scratches
- Method
- Grind + polish
- Finish
- Optically clear
If scratches are too deep to polish out alone, we first grind the damaged area flat in a controlled way. We then polish the glass back to full transparency in stages. Because more glass is removed, a very slight distortion can occur with deep damage. We point that out in advance so you can decide.

Process
Depth assessment
Determine how deep the damage goes and what the result will be, including the risk of slight distortion.
Controlled grinding
Remove damaged glass evenly without weakening the window.
Progressive polishing
Polish in increasingly finer stages until the glass is clear again.
Final inspection
Check clarity and see-through across the entire treated zone.
When it applies
Deep scratches, grooves and local damage that goes beyond the surface layer and does not disappear with polishing alone.

With light damage, no. With deep scratches a very slight distortion can occur because more glass is removed. We tell you honestly in advance; you decide whether to accept that risk.
